I recently started to compete in a colouring competition hosted by Conie Fong Art and Design.

I have entered the September 2021 final coloured product competition with this pretty lady holding a chocolate birthday cake! The digital stamp is called 'Butterfly Wishes'.
I coloured her by hand with Copic Markers. The surrounding flowers and butterflies are also part of Conie Fong's digistamp, coloured in the same way as the original and fussy cut. The white markings were made with a white gel pen.

The candle glow was painted with Wink of Stella for a glittery effect.
I did my best to work out the shadowing. One thing I know I need to work on is how to colour the folds in a dress or skirt. Something to do late one night!
